What are the working principle for the gravity gas anchor?

Gas liquid mixture comes into the ring space of the internal and external pipes through the external pipes. Due to the density difference and gravity, the small bubbles will move upward, gathering large bubbles or airflow and forming “gas cap” inside and outside the annulus in the upper part of the gas anchor. The gas will be exhausted through the exhaust vent in the upper part of the external pipes. With the efforts of gravity, the liquid separated in upper part will move downward and accelerate in the form of spiral turbulence in the spiral ring space. With the effort of centrifugal force, the small bubbles that are not separated totally will gather inside the spring space, forming big bubbles or airflow, move upward through the exhaust vent on the screw panel and form “gas cap” inside and outside the annulus at the upper part of the gas anchor. The gas will be exhausted through the exhaust vent in the upper part of the external pipes. The liquid gathering at the external side of the ring space will move downward and finally enter the pump through internal pipes. Opposite directions of gas and liquid can be used to enhance the separation effect significantly.
